Water for Life events are fundraisers held to raise awareness and funds in support of WaterPartners' life-saving work.

2008 Triangle Water for Life Event

Save the date for the 16th annual Triangle Water for Life event. Returning to WaterPartners roots, the event will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2008 at the Carolina Club at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

The 15th annual Triangle Water for Life event was a huge success. Over $99,000 was raised for water projects in the developing world.

The event was held on February 17, 2007 at the Nasher Museum of Art in Durham, to the theme "From North Carolina to the World."

There were heavy hors d'oeuvres, complimentary beverages, live and silent auctions. The Master of Ceremonies was Tina Cash. Dick Gordon, host of "The Story" on NPR, told the story about Gowwrammal a beneficiary of a WaterPartners' project in India. Gary White, WaterPartners' Founder and Executive Director, will give the WaterPartners Update.
